Jack H. Rosenberg, SIOR, is a Principal of Colliers International specializing in site acquisition, leasing, sales and build-to-suits for industrial users and developers. Jack has been with the firm since 1988. Among his accomplishments are:

In the last five years, he has completed transactions totaling in excess of $300,000,000. In 2009, Jack became a member of the exclusive Colliers International Multimodal Services Group (CMSG). CMSG is dedicated to delivering focused solutions to the increased challenges of today’s global shipping and transportation community.

Among his clients are Ulta Salon & Cosmetics, Arvato Digital Services, Avon, First Industrial Realty Trust and CenterPoint Properties.  Completed transactions with The Home Depot, General Motors, Rock-Tenn Company, Mohawk Industries and others.

Jack is a member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and the Association Industrial Real Estate Brokers (AIRE).  He serves on the NAIOP-Chicago Board of Directors, the Wilmette Housing Commission and the Board of Directors for the Wilmette Baseball Association.
